No prior cabin crew experience is necessary. Our comprehensive training programme is designed to equip you with all the essential skills needed to deliver a safe, professional, and high-quality inflight experience.

What to Expect?

Life as Cabin Crew is exciting, fast-paced, and rewarding. It is also a demanding role where safety is always our number one priority.

You will be required to work both early and late shifts, with reporting times as early as 5:00 AM and finishes that may extend until midnight.

If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a dynamic environment, and bring enthusiasm and professionalism to your work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As part of the recruitment process, all candidates must complete:

An English proficiency assessment

A situational judgement test

Please note that failure to complete these assessments will result in disqualification from the interview process.

Requirements

Lots of enthusiasm

Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude

Applicant must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely to all destinations in the Ryanair network

It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality

Flexible and adaptable to work a shift roster- not afraid of early starts and late nights

The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU

You must be between 5”2(157 cm) and 6”2 (188 cm) in height

The ability to swim 25 meters unaided

Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease
