Systems Engineering Manager - Frederick, MD

About the role

Manage and lead a high functioning systems engineering team across multiple product segments
Collaborate closely with Sales, Program Management, and Production
Align Sale opportunities with engineering support priorities
Manage the presales, design, integration, and deployment systems / subsystems for R&S Spectrum Monitoring, Mobile Network Testing and IP Analysis)
Lead efforts for creating and maintaining technical documentation according to customer requirements.
Translate customer needs into requirements and competitive solutions maximizing R&S content.
Prepare regular reports on project progress, issues encountered, and resolutions implemented.
Participate in communication with customers and R&S product design team.
Work closely with the product engineering teams based in Europe and North America.
