策略和项目（高级）经理 - 医院准入

The Position

1. 深入分析三医政策对医疗机构的影响：

1) 三医举措改变公立医院发展的内部基础及外部环境，医疗机构必然调整发展战略，顺应国家政策，提升医院实力

2) 深挖核心医药卫生政策的顶层设计及逻辑，以对接医院准入策略设计

2. 制定医院准入策略

1) 每年根据公司策略制定医院准入策略和实施计划

2) 每年根据品牌策略制定各品牌医院准入策略和实施计划

3) 定期与区域协访关键医院客户，了解其需求和动向

3. 策划与执行全国品牌性项目，确保准入策略的全国和区域的落地；

1) 与关键三方合作机构保持沟通（如卫发中心、卫健委医管所、中国医院协会、中国药学会等），协助搭建中长期医院管理层、药学学术平台

2) 负责执行全国医院院长、药学项目或活动，以及一些长期品牌项目；对于所负责的项目应确保计划、申请、审批、准备、执行、跟进、评估、总结等环节的全程管理

4. 建立与维护相关政策领域专家（包括但不局限于）：

1) 政府直属机构：国家及地方卫健委卫生发展研究中心、医院管理研究所

2) 外部智库/咨询/合作方专家：医疗协会、学校研究院等

5. 驱动“一院一策”标杆医院建设：

1) 树立标杆医院，建立同大客户良好的长期战略关系

2) 与公司各部门充分协同以打造以客户为中心、合力发声的关键医院综合准入解决方案

6. 与公司内部相关团队建立良好的合作关系

2) 与HSA/MCE区域团队、跨部门跨团队等建立良好的合作关系

我们期待这样的您加入：

• 具备政策洞察能力，对国家三医政策及医疗机构HCO发展趋势有较深认知和判断；
• 具备业务洞察能力，对整体业务模式的全链条有深入思考和理解，清晰各要素的作用和互动关系
• 具备全局思维和策略思考能力，独立思考有战略高度的医院整体策略
• 强自驱力，有不断突破创新的勇气和能力；
• 善于沟通和处理冲突，较强的人际敏锐度；
• 有准入策略、市场销售、项目管理、咨询公司等经验，有卫健委及相关智库合作经验更佳
• 熟练的Excel技巧和较高的PPT水平，良好的英文沟通书写能力更佳

教育程度/所获资格证书

医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
