We are looking for a QA Engineer to join a high-caliber engineering team working on cutting-edge projects in the defense and aerospace sectors. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex systems and large-scale deployments that make a real impact.
The QA Engineer is full-time and based in Athens' northern suburbs. Also, hybrid work is provided.
key responsibilities
- Test Planning: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Automation: Build and maintain automated test scripts (using Python, JavaScript, or Java) and enhance existing frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Software Engineers and Product Owners to ensure requirements are clear and testable.
- Quality Assurance: Identify bugs, analyze root causes, and drive defects to resolution.
- CI/CD: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes and CI/CD pipelines.
experience
3+ years of professional experience in Software Testing / QA.
qualifications
- Experience: Hands-on professional experience in Software Testing / QA.
- Methodology: Solid understanding of QA processes and experience writing clear test plans.
- Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium or Playwright.
- Scripting: Expertise in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or Bash).
- Tech Stack: Familiarity with Version Control (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Mindset: Strong analytical skills and a collaborative attitude.
