Job Title Programa de Estágio Philips Desenvolve 2026 |Estagiário(a) – Suporte Comercial Job Description Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) para atuar na área Comercial, apoiando os times de Inside Sales de Serviços no Brasil, responsável pela comercialização de contratos de manutenção, peças e serviços para equipamentos Philips. Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para desenvolver habilidades analíticas e adquirir experiência em operações comerciais, análise de dados e ferramentas digitais, contribuindo para a organização e eficiência do fluxo de oportunidades da equipe. Principais responsabilidades Apoiar o acompanhamento e tratamento das oportunidades comerciais registradas no Salesforce; Auxiliar na análise e organização de dados relacionados às oportunidades de vendas internas; Dar suporte ao fluxo de aproximadamente 600 oportunidades movimentadas mensalmente pela equipe, facilitando o acesso e direcionamento das informações; Monitorar a caixa de e-mail funcional da área e direcionar mensagens e solicitações aos vendedores responsáveis; Apoiar as demandas operacionais da equipe no dia a dia, contribuindo para a organização e agilidade no tratamento das oportunidades; Auxiliar na consolidação e análise de informações utilizando ferramentas como Excel e Power BI; Apoiar iniciativas de melhoria dos processos da área, incluindo oportunidades relacionadas a automação e uso de ferramentas de inteligência artificial. Você é a pessoa certa se: Estiver cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Comércio Exterior, Engenharia de Produção ou cursos relacionados à área administrativa ou de negócios; Tiver previsão de conclusão do curso a partir de [Jan/2028]; Possuir conhecimento básico de Excel e interesse em desenvolver habilidades em Power BI, ferramentas de automação e inteligência artificial; Possuir inglês básico para compreensão de e-mails e participação em algumas discussões (inglês intermediário será considerado um diferencial); Demonstrar perfil analítico, organizado, curioso e com vontade de aprender.
