No prior HR experience is required, you bring curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine drive to help others. Proficiency in English plus German is expected. Familiarity with digital tools and an interest in HR technology — including automation, AI, and workflow platforms — will set you up well. Above all, you're responsive, take ownership of your tasks, and aren't afraid to question how things are done.
You'll be a first point of contact for employees, handling HR inquiries across ticketing systems, email, chat, and phone. Day-to-day, that means researching answers in the Knowledge Database, resolving a growing range of query types with increasing confidence, and ensuring knowledge content stays accurate and up-to-date in collaboration with other HR teams. You'll also contribute to content audits, flag recurring inquiry patterns, and get involved in cross-functional projects — including process improvements and innovations like automation, machine learning, and chatbots.
This is a role where your work has direct, visible impact — the inquiries you resolve and the content you improve shape the employee experience and the quality of HR service delivery globally. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who will help you build judgment on complex cases, develop your understanding of HR operations end-to-end, and grow toward independent ownership of service quality. If you want a real starting point in HR — not a shadowing role, but an active one — this is it.
