OPKO Health, Inc. (NYSE:OPK), a multinational biopharmaceutical and

diagnostics company, will announce operating and financial results for

the three and 12 months ended December 31, 2015 after the close of the

U.S. financial markets on Monday, February 29, 2016.

OPKO’s senior management will provide a business update and discuss its
