The role

Join us in shaping the future of Cash solutions for SMEs across Singapore and the region.

This high-impact role combines end-to-end ownership of the Singapore Cash & Payments portfolio with the opportunity to shape regional strategy and drive growth across OCBC’s key markets.

You will lead a strong team, turn customer needs into solutions and deliver major product, digital and customer journey improvements. This is an opportunity to influence a core area of SME banking, work across markets and take ideas from strategy through to execution

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Singapore Cash portfolio.

• Shape the regional strategy and roadmap across key markets.

• Lead high-impact product, digital and customer journey initiatives.

• Drive delivery from business case and design through to implementation.

• Use customer and portfolio insights to identify growth opportunities.

• Partner with business, technology, operations and risk teams to deliver change.

• Lead and develop a team of programme managers.

·       Influence senior stakeholders and align teams across markets.

·       At least 8 years’ relevant experience in banking, cash management, payments, product management or transformation.

·       Strong understanding of SME or commercial banking.

·       Experience owning products or programmes from strategy through execution.

·       Experience leading regional or cross-market initiatives.

·       Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder-management skills.

Proven people leadership and a hands-on approach to delivery.
