As Regional Medical Advisor, you will strengthen scientific engagement and medical knowledge across central Romania. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, turn clinical evidence into clear scientific communication, and help local teams bring the latest medical insights to the people who need them. Your work will connect science, strategy and real-world practice — creating measurable progress for people living with serious chronic diseases.
You will join the Medical Affairs team in Romania, reporting to the Field Medical Manager. The location for the role is Iasi town covering part of south-east of the country, where you will be the medical point of contact for healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and healthcare organisations.
Internally, you will work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, medical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, clinical and education functions. You will also collaborate with regional and international stakeholders, including Strategic Operations and Regional Medical Affairs teams across International Operations.
Externally, your partners will include key opinion leaders, university hospitals, private clinics, pharmacies, academic institutions, national medical societies, patient associations, e-health providers and local authorities. You will bring different perspectives together, creating clarity and helping teams move from scientific insight to meaningful action.
You will work with a high level of independence and decision-making authority, contributing directly to scientific communication, clinical planning, publication strategy and medical education. The role offers practical opportunities to develop your expertise across therapeutic areas, build your professional network and broaden your skills through cross-functional collaboration.
You will be trusted to take ownership of your territory, supported to grow through real-world experience and encouraged to bring new ideas — whether that means exploring innovative engagement channels or finding better ways to connect science with the people it serves.
