The Global Supplier Management Group (GSMG) and Global Workplace and Enterprise Services (GWES) are seeking candidates for our Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program. GSMG drives strategic supplier partnerships and procurement excellence to ensure quality, efficiency, innovation, and sustainability across our global operations. The ETR Program is designed to help participants build a strong foundation through three unique rotations over three years, providing broad exposure to GSMG and GWES while developing the skills needed for long-term career success. As an ETR, you will:

* This is a full-time position starting in August 2027. Individuals will participate in three unique rotations over three years, based out of our Rahway, NJ or West Point, PA locations.
New hires will complete three rotations over three years across various business areas within GSMG and GWES, primarily located in Pennsylvania and New Jersey offices.

The salary range for this role is
$65,100.00 - $102,500.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
