We’re looking for an experienced National Lease Administration Manager to join our Group Property team in Macquarie Park.

In this nationally focused role, you’ll manage the progression of property legal documentation and help resolve a diverse range of property and leasing matters. Acting as a key link between our Property and Legal teams, you’ll ensure documentation is accurate, prioritised and finalised efficiently.

The role supports a property portfolio of approximately 330 properties across Australia and New Zealand.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drafting and negotiating property documents, including leases, subleases, licences, assignments, lease extensions and option notices
  • Negotiating property documentation with landlords and subtenants
  • Interpreting property and leasing documents and reviewing title documentation
  • Providing practical advice and assistance on property-related legal matters
  • Managing internal and external legal support to progress matters efficiently
  • Proactively managing the Property-Legal work in progress pipeline
  • Conducting legal research, fact gathering and information analysis
  • Keeping the Property team informed of relevant legislative changes and developments
  • Reviewing and processing external legal invoices, including checking work completed, billing accuracy and budget alignment
  • Tracking legal costs and liaising with external legal providers regarding billing queries
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline systems, documentation and ways of working

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar property legal, leasing or lease administration role within a recognised law firm or in-house environment
  • A strong understanding of property law, ideally across multiple Australian jurisdictions
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and document interpretation skills
  • Experience managing multiple matters through to completion
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong commercial acumen and sound decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities
  • The ability to prioritise a high-volume workload with matters of varying complexity
