Aufgaben
- Supporting project coordination and reporting activities
- Access coordination for external suppliers and others (ZUBAS, etc.)
- Assisting in the preparation and review of planning documents and presentations
- Supporting data collection, analysis, and documentation
- Participating in project meetings and following up on action items
- Supporting communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifikationen
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors, Industrial engineering would be an advantage
Basic understanding of organisational structures.
Skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Presentation skills to support management presentation preparation.
Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and support workshops.
Other Requirements
- Accuracy and attention to detail when working with data.
- Motivation to learn and understand
- Proactive attitude and willingness to support.
Good command of English & Polish language
