Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract

Job Description: Job Purpose/Overview The Talent Acquisition Partner - 6 months contract plays a pivotal role in enhancing Mars Global Services' recruitment capabilities. This position is essential for driving the internal and external hiring processes, providing expert recruitment support to Line Managers, P&O Partners, and candidates across all Mars segments. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of the market dynamics, leveraging insights to partner effectively with Line Managers to secure top-tier talent. This role involves building diverse talent pipelines, attracting and assessing both internal and external candidates, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the talent acquisition process. Knowledge / Experience 4-7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the FMCG industry or fast-moving consumer goods sector. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Working knowledge on Workday What can you expect from Mars?
