Job Responsibilities

Objetivo primário

• Apoiar as áreas de Manutenção nas atividades administrativas, operacionais e de suporte aos manutentores e líderes.

Atividades

• Apoiar no planejamento e programação das atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva, sob orientação da supervisor;
• Auxiliar no controle e acompanhamento de ordens de serviço no sistema de manutenção;
• Acompanhar indicadores de manutenção, como MTBF, MTTR e backlog; Atualizar planilhas, controles e relatórios relacionados às atividades de manutenção;
• Auxiliar no levantamento de materiais, peças e recursos necessários para execução das manutenções;
• Apoiar o cadastro e a atualização de equipamentos no sistema de manutenção;
• Dar suporte no acompanhamento do cronograma de manutenção preventiva e corretiva;
• Auxiliar na organização de documentos técnicos e históricos de manutenção;
• Contribuir com iniciativas de melhoria contínua dos processos de manutenção;
• Desenvolver, durante os primeiros 12 meses de estágio, um projeto aplicado, com foco em melhoria de processos, análise de dados ou ganho de eficiência, sob acompanhamento e supervisão do gestor e supervisor do estágio.

Requisitos:

• Cursando Ensino Superior em Engenharia de Produção, Mecânica, Elétrica, Materais ou áreas correlatas.
• Disponibilidade para estagiar por 2 anos.
• Conhecimento do Pacote Office (Excel, PowerPoint e Word).
• Boa comunicação, organização e proatividade.
