Join our Internal Audit team based in Singapore supporting our Commodities and Global Markets and Trading Team, where you will have the opportunity to work with recognised experts in their field both within Internal Audit division and across the organisation.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the trading and financial divisions within Macquarie’s Commodities and Global Markets and Market Services business, associated products, and supporting control functions. Working in small to medium sized internal audit project teams both regional and global, you will help identify key risks and controls, execute testing and assist with the remediation of open internal audit issues and actions.
What you offer
Demonstrated experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management
Experience in global markets, trading businesses or commodities will be highly regarded
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and proven problem-solving skills
Demonstrated willingness to adopt and use artificial intelligence and data analytics to enhance audit activities, improve insight and drive continuous improvement across the audit process

The Internal Audit Division provides independent and objective risk-based assurance on the effectiveness of Macquarie’s risk management framework. Our global team conducts risk-based reviews focused on the effective operation of controls and governance processes, identifying insights through innovation and critical thinking. Our collaboration across all Groups is crucial to highlight potential risks and ensures compliance with regulatory standards in maintaining Macquarie’s integrity and success.
