What role will you play?

Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking (Real Estate), you will lead a specialist team responsible for the proactive risk management and credit governance of our commercial real estate portfolio. You will oversee credit monitoring activities across existing lending exposures, and drive the ongoing enhancement of portfolio-level risk management and analytics, collaborating cross-functionally with Credit, Lending Product, and Technology stakeholders.
What you offer
Substantial experience in commercial real estate finance and portfolio risk management within an institutional banking, private credit, or real estate investment platform
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team, embedding disciplined credit monitoring and a culture of accountability
Strong financial analysis and communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to evaluate complex credit structures, deliver actionable insights, and effectively influence a range of stakeholders
Experience contributing to or driving the enhancement of portfolio-level risk infrastructure, monitoring frameworks, data reporting, or workflow initiatives in partnership with key enterprise stakeholders
Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.
