What role will you play?

Working in a fast-paced and close-knit team environment, you will collaborate with other Executive Assistants across various internal teams to provide high-level support to executives and team members. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring seamless calendar coordination, organising internal or external calls and meetings with offices across multiple time zones (including booking rooms, arranging catering and preparing meeting materials), managing extensive inboxes as needed, and coordinating complex domestic and international travel plans (including flights, accommodation, visas, transportation and client entertainment).

You will also work closely with other Executive Assistant to support and arrange local staff events (such as end-of-year celebrations, all-staff meetings and other office-wide activities), process purchase orders and invoices, and manage monthly expense claims.

What you offer

Relevant experience in EA, team support, office administration, or related roles, with the capability, attitude and potential to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality executive and team support, including coordinating complex travel arrangements, managing calendars, and supporting multiple stakeholders

Strong organisational, planning and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a commitment to delivering reliable, professional support
