Key Account Manager - Shell Card

Job Description

As the Key Account Manager – Shell Card, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise and fleet customers across the Shell Card business. You’ll build strong customer relationships, deliver commercial outcomes and identify growth opportunities across fuel, convenience and associated services.

Working closely with the Enterprise & Fleet Sales Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll drive portfolio performance through strategic account management, contract negotiation and proactive customer engagement, ensuring long-term value creation and customer retention.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in account management, sales or a commercial role.
• Experience managing enterprise or fleet customer accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing and contract negotiation.
• Experience working with tenders and large customer agreements.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Manage and grow a national portfolio of enterprise and fleet customers
• Drive commercial growth across Shell Card, fuel and convenience
• Build strategic customer relationships and deliver long-term value
