We are looking for a Semi Senior Product Analyst – Payments to join our team, actively contributing to the Recurring Payments and QR Code verticals. You will play a key role in analyzing product performance, defining requirements, and supporting the continuous improvement of our payment solutions.
The position requires candidates to live in Buenos Aires (CABA or AMBA) to attend weekly meetings with the team.
Core skills you’ll bring
Must live in Buenos Aires (CABA or AMBA) for weekly team meetings.
Experience analyzing key product metrics and generating reports to support decision-making.
Prior experience in the Fintech / Banking industry is required.
Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) in defining requirements and functionalities, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.
Develop use cases, functional flows, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
Participate in discovery sessions and requirements gathering with business, technology, and UX teams.
Monitor product performance, identify deviations, and propose improvement actions.
Conduct market benchmarking to identify trends and product evolution opportunities.
Support testing and validation processes, ensuring functional quality before each release.
Assist Development and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Document processes and findings to strengthen knowledge management within the team.
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields (advanced student or graduate).
At least 2 years of experience in functional analysis, product analysis, or similar roles within digital, fintech, or banking environments.
Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools: Amplitude: Key requirement for tagging and behavioral analytics (to be implemented in the near term).
Teradata & Power BI: Essential for data extraction, dashboard creation, and analysis.
Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Intermediate English (reading and understanding technical documentation).
