This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Supports the sales process through activities that may include putting displays in place, keeping stock level inventory, managing payment transactions and conducting fittings or garment alterations.
Coordinates operational activities of stores. Monitors the flow of products and ensures the store is kept well stocked. Supports store projects, such as changes in opening and closing times, renovations or relocation. Liaises with necessary departments to coordinate an action rollout plan within deadline and budget.
1. Bachelor degree or above (senior or graduate)
2. Fluent in both Chinese and English
3. Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other Microsoft tools
V-lookup and pivot table is a plus.
Luxury or retail related experience is a plus
