We are searching for the best talent for our Marketing Manager Biosurgery.

Key responsabilities

• Own portfolio strategy and product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Drive portfolio growth and performance through market development, product differentiation, pricing, and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Lead commercialization strategies and major product launches, ensuring successful execution across the product lifecycle.
• Set priorities and allocate resources to maximize business impact, growth, and profitability.
• Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional/global partners.
• Develop talent and organizational capabilities while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and Credo-based leadership.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• Relevant experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Excellence, or other commercial healthcare/MedTech functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading marketing, portfolio, or commercial strategies with measurable business impact.
• Strong business acumen, including forecasting, financial analysis, pricing, and business planning.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Experience leading projects, coaching talent, or managing people.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Fluent English.
