•Champion risk awareness and support smart, informed decision-making across the unit.

•Drive a strong safety, security, and compliance culture that protects co-workers, customers, and the business.

•Partner with leaders and co-workers to identify risks and implement proactive solutions.

•Provide guidance on Ingka policies and local legislation to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

•Promote and support required training, helping co-workers understand and meet IKEA's risk expectations.

•Investigate, report, and follow up on incidents, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

•Monitor risk and compliance metrics to help reduce business loss, incidents, and financial impact.

•Respond to operational, safety, and security concerns with confidence and sound judgment.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 20.97 CAD to 26.11 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
