1, Ensure a broad Kansai market perspective is applied to drive sustainable growth in both business performance and people development.

2, Ensure strong leadership and collaboration across the Store commercial team and Sales team through excellent communication skills.

3, Ensure an optimal shopping experience for customers by understanding IKEA’s omnichannel transformation and creating a shop floor that meets customer needs.

You lead and inspire your team to create an excellent shopping experience that drives customer satisfaction, sales and profitability. Using your understanding of the IKEA product range, local market, competition and customer needs, you steer the business in a multichannel retail environment across both the IKEA store and IKEA website. Together with your team and stakeholders, you contribute to the four tasks of the IKEA store: driving sales, inspiring customers with home furnishing solutions, providing specialist knowledge and creating a great day out for the whole family.

【Employment Type】

• Full-time regular employee, 40 hours/week

• Probationary period: 6 months

• Start date: the first day of each month

• Retirement system in place up to age 65

【Working Hours】

8:00-22:00 (Shift Work)

【Holidays】

Annual holidays: 127 days or more
