Based in Hazelmere, join our stable ASX-listed organisation being part of a team in a fast-paced Distribution Centre. We're looking for experienced forklift drivers ready for an immediate start in a competitive, team-focused environment with genuine job security and room to grow.
Operational hours: 7:00 am – 10:00 pm (shift flexibility to suit your lifestyle)
Casual position – Rate: $43.51 p/h (inclusive of casual loading) after three months- and pending on performance and attendance, the rate may increase to $47.10 p/h
High-reach forklift operation (7 bays high, single bay deep ) – this is core to the role and a must
Counterbalance experience is a must .
Double-deep forklift operations for warehouse and truck loading/unloading desirable
Pallet and unit picking/packing using RF scanning
Storing, maintaining, and organising materials, equipment, and tools
Identifying and escalating Food Safety, Quality, hazards, and risks to leadership
High-reach forklift experience – essential
Counterbalance forklift experience – essential
Double-deep forklift operation experience desirable
RC/RM stand-up forklift experience
Warehouse and/or Distribution Centre experience
RF scanner proficiency
Ability to understand and follow procedures reliably
Strong teamwork and independent work capability
Clear written and verbal communication
Physically fit; comfortable repetitively lifting 5–15 kg
Flexibility for weekend and public holiday shifts
