Breeder Farm Supervisor
Farm & Hatcheries
We've been proudly bringing joy to tables and smiles to faces with the delicious food we've been crafting for over 100 years.
A large part of our strong growth and success is because we're always looking for new ways to do things and thinking about how we can create a better, more sustainable future world together.
Our success as an industry leader in providing deliciously good food means we can continue to invest in our future as we work towards becoming Australia and New Zealand's first choice for poultry.
Our Breeder Facility is in the Bullsbrook, WA area with 8 conventional sheds. We are a fertile egg farm with both hens and roosters mixed in a free-range setting inside the sheds. The site operates 7 days a week whilst in egg production.
The supervisor’s responsibility is to assist the farm manager in the day-to-day operations of the site. Manage employees and cover the manager days off. Whilst the role is for one site, a supervisor will be asked from time to time to move to other sites when the farm is in downtime or if the need arises. These movements are to develop the supervisors training and skills.
We offer a rotating roster that can be discussed in more detail.
