Channel Management Senior IT Analyst (m/f/d)

As Channel Management Senior IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in providing IT support and solutions to optimize operational efficiency and drive Channel growth within the Industrial Automation business unit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop IT strategies and solutions. You will report directly to the Sr IT Director Commercial & Digital, and you’ll work out of our Bucharest location on a Hybrid work schedule (3 days from the office and 2 days from home).

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Develop strategies to implement automation and AI solutions that enhance operations.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the design and implementation of technology solutions that 'join the dots' between systems, data, and functional hand-offs.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process enhancements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to business process improvement, automation, and AI.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in working with Marketing/Channel processes or technologies.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Salesforce.com, Marketo, E2Open is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in data visualization tools and software.

• Fluency in English.
