Sr Quality Control Analyst (m/f/d)

Realizuje meranie podľa požiadavky na meranie z rôznych oddelení na základe nariadenia priameho nadriadeného alebo manažéra kvality a zodpovedá za chod laboratória. V rámci zodpovednosti za meranie na 3D zariadení, je zodpovedný za 5S a úlohy zverené priamým nadriadeným alebo Manažérom kvality. Zodpovedá za tvorbu programov pre 3D meranie, vytváranie a posudzovanie meracích protokolov. / Performs measurements as requested from various departments as directed by immediate supervisor or Quality Manager and is responsible for the operation of the laboratory. Under the responsibility of measurement on 3D equipment, is responsible for 5S and tasks assigned by immediate supervisor or Quality Manager. Responsible for creating 3D measurement programs, creating and reviewing measurement reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional measurements and inspections using 3D CMM Hexagon equipment for various departments.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain CMM measurement programs for materials and components.
• Create, evaluate, and interpret measurement reports and quality inspection results.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Approve and release incoming materials and components from a quality perspective within SAP.
• Conduct measurements, testing, analysis, and reporting of non-conforming parts from suppliers, customers, and production processes.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality Engineers, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve inspection methods.
• Escalate quality risks, process deviations, and critical findings to management when required.
• Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper use of measuring equipment while supporting continuous workplace improvement and 5S standards.
• Contribute to quality, productivity, and cost-improvement projects while achieving departmental KPIs and objectives.

• Min. 2 roky prax (CMM Hexagon/Mitutoyo) / Min. 2 years of experiences with (CMM Hexagon/Mitutoyo)
• Požadovaná kvalifikácia &osvedčenia / Qualification requirements & certificates
• Slovenský jazyk / Slovak - B2 /upper- intermediate
• Anglický jazyk / English – B2/upper- intermediate
• Znalosti z oblasti nástrojov kvality / Knowledge of tool area quality
• Znalosť 8D reportov, QRQC / Knowledge 8D reports, QRQC
• Znalosť tvorby programov pre 3D meranie / Creation programs for 3D measurement knowledge
• Microsoft Office - pokročilý úžívateľ / advanced user
• SAP skúsený užívateľ / skilled user
• Internet – skúsený úžívateľ / skilled user
• Schopnosť rýchlo a operatívne riešiť problémy kvality
• Zodpovedosť a cieľavedomosť

Monthly gross salary from 2500 €. Final salary offer will depend on your experience and qualifications. Incentive and benefits to be part of the offer.
