Executive Lounge Receptionistは、ホテルの中でも特に重要なお客様をお迎えするエグゼクティブラウンジを担当するポジションです。VIPゲスト対応やラウンジ運営を通じて、お客様一人ひとりにパーソナライズされたサービスを提供していただきます。ホテルで培った接客経験やフロント経験を活かしながら、より高いレベルのゲストサービスを学び、成長できる環境です。

Responsibilities

主な業務内容

• VIPゲストおよびヒルトン・オナーズ上級会員への接客対応
• ラウンジ内での飲食サービスの提供（ブレックファスト・スナックタイム・カクテルタイム）
• ゲストからのお問い合わせやご要望への対応
• クレーム対応および問題解決
• 客室アサインやVIPアメニティの手配
• 各種予約手配・関連部署との調整業務
• ラウンジ運営、在庫管理、品質管理
• ヒルトン・オナーズ会員プログラムのご案内
• アップセル・アップグレード提案による収益向上への貢献

Qualifications

応募資格

• ホテルでのゲストサービス（宿泊部・料飲部・客室管理部）などの実務経験＜必須＞
• 日本語での円滑な接客対応ができる方
• 英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗のない方
• VIPゲスト対応にふさわしいホスピタリティマインドをお持ちの方
• チームワークを大切にしながら主体的に行動できる方
