IT Product Owner – Subscription Selling (m/f/x)

As IT Product Owner for Subscription Selling, you will shape how Hilti commercializes and operates recurring business models globally. You own the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end business processes for Subscription Selling, enabling subscription-based offerings across software and digital services.

In close partnership with business leaders, product teams, and engineering experts, you translate strategic business objectives into scalable solutions and globally harmonized processes. Acting at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, you provide direction, drive prioritization, and ensure that customer and business needs are addressed through sustainable product capabilities. By combining strong product ownership with a deep understanding of business processes and cloud technologies, you help accelerate Hilti’s transition towards recurring and consumption-based business models.

This is a full-time position, based in Buchs, Switzerland and is available as soon as possible. The position requires no travel on a regular basis.

• You hold a master’s degree or PhD, ideally in Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems, or bring relevant experience in comparable roles.
• You bring several years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, or a comparable role driving complex initiatives and delivering business outcomes across organizational boundaries.
• You have a strong understanding of cloud-based software products and integrated business processes. Experience with AWS, APIs, event-driven architectures, enterprise platforms, or distributed systems is an advantage.
• You combine strong analytical capabilities to translate commercial ambitions into scalable digital solutions and technology decisions.
• Experience with subscription business models, recurring revenue, subscription lifecycle management, pricing, monetization, usage-based charging, or order-to-cash processes is a strong asset, but not a prerequisite.
• Fluent communication skills in English are required, additional languages and experience working in international and virtual environments are all considered a plus.
