This role is for someone who thrives on strategy, impact, and results that stand the test of time.

Remote role with approximately 40% Travel required. The selected candidate must reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport to effectively support travel expectations and customer engagement responsibilities.

What You’ll Bring

• This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization or visa sponsorship (including initial, transfer, or extension), and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and remain authorized for the duration of employment without the need for sponsorship.
• Bachelor of Science in Sales, Marketing, Management, Engineering, required
• Five years’ Hilti sales experience or equivalent outside sales, required
• Lean Explorer certified, preferred
• Hilti Leadership experience, preferred
• Civil or Structural Engineering degree, preferred
• Professional Project Management certification, preferred
• Knowledge of support systems and PROFIS MSE, preferred
