We are seeking a commercially minded poultry professional for a key customer-facing role that combines technical expertise, account management, export coordination, and practical customer support across New Zealand the Pacific Islands.
Reporting to the General Manager and based at our Ohoka office, you will lead customer relationships, coordinate internal delivery, and lead a tight knit sales and export team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn technical knowledge into practical commercial value.
Manage and grow key customer relationships across New Zealand and the Pacific Islands including regularly travelling to customers within NZ and the Pacific Islands as required.
Coordinate with internal teams to plan and deliver customer requirements.
Own sales forecasts, account plans, customer commitments, and identify market opportunities to support sustainable growth and reliable supply.
Support customers with practical technical advice and ensure they have access to the right expertise across the Hendrix Genetics network, from local specialists through to global subject matter experts.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and technical claims professionally and promptly.
