Supply Chain

From production to logistics, our Supply Chain team ensures quality, safety, and efficiency in getting our products from brewery to consumer. We invest in knowledge sharing, innovation, and sustainable practices to drive continuous improvement and deliver consistent value.

Finance

Our Finance team drives smart financial decisions that support growth and long-term sustainability. They oversee budgeting, reporting, and controls while maintaining transparency and accountability through accessible resources like the Finance Knowledge Center.

Legal

Our Legal team safeguards Heineken Ethiopia’s operations through clear policies and compliance frameworks. From managing contracts and business risks to driving Code of Business Conduct and Anti-Bribery training, they ensure we operate with integrity and uphold trust across all areas.

Digital & Technology (D&T)

Our D&T team connects people, processes, and technology to boost efficiency and innovation. They manage critical systems, platforms, and digital transformation initiatives, supporting Heineken Ethiopia’s operational and business needs through secure and effective solutions.

Commerce (Sales & Marketing)

Our Commerce team combines Sales and Marketing to connect consumers with our brands. They manage customer relationships, route-to-market strategies, brand building, and campaign execution, ensuring Heineken Ethiopia’s products are present, visible, and preferred in the market.

People Function
