The Peru-based contact center furthers the mission of Foundever to provide the highest quality CX products and solutions to the global market. Bringing more than 1,000 jobs to the Lima community, this expansion to Peru allows Sitel Group to offer English-speaking support for the North American market as well as Spanish-language domestic support for Peru.
The contact center offers various delivery models to best support our clients and associates.
Further, the Lima location is in San Borja and is within walking distance from the main metro line and easily accessible to shopping centers.
