About the Role:

Supervising maintenance, supporting interventions, collaborating in the new projects’ realization. Defining, organizing and managing the realization of periodical revisions programs, ordinary, extraordinary and soft intervention, optimizing relative costs in order to achieve determined production results, both in qualitative and quantitative terms, respecting the given deadlines. Coordinating and organizing maintenance activities in order to ensure the plants workability (devices) and the highest level of reliability and efficiency of production lines.

Main Responsibilities:

MAINTENANCE维保

• Functionally coordinates and supports maintenance technicians in keeping machineries efficient
• 职能上协调和支持维修技术人员保证机器的效率
• Ensures the renewal and maintenance of production lines
• 确保生产线的更新和维护
• Together with UGP Manager and/or RDL, is accountable for machineries maintenance planning and related execution, in order to guarantee a good functioning of production equipment.
• 与UGP经理和/或RDL一起，负责设备维护计划和相关执行以保证生产设备良好运行。
• Monitors and archives maintenance interventions
• 监控和维护档案干预
• Coordinates mechanical workshops
• 协助进行设备维护工作坊
• Supports RMAN and UGP Managers, in elaborating plant’s maintenance budget
• 支持RMAN和UGP经理制定工厂的维护预算
• Supporting in verification of maintenance cost trends and analyzing variations vs budget
• 支持维护成本趋势的验证和变化与预算的分析
• Together with UGP Manager and/or RDL, plans maintenance activities on production line to be developed both internally and externally, to ensure the target OAE for the production line

• Promote TPM, mechatronics or other projects to refine management systems and improve efficiency

• Establish a talent development strategy aligned with the company's business regional development.

NEW PROJECTS新项目

• Supports RMAN in developing and realizing new projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness of plant’s machineries.
• 支持RMAN开发和实现新项目，以提高工厂设备的效率和有效性。
• Studies and proposes new or existing machinery or equipment, in order to reduce production costs
• 研究并提出新的或现有的机器或设备的改善，以降低生产成本
• Collaborates with Engineering Department to define the technologies to be used in new production lines.
• 与项目部合作，定义用于新生产线的技术

ENVIRONMENT AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT环境能源管理

• Support the E& E team in areas including data provision, equipment improvement, and audits."
• 支持环境和能源团队工作，在数据提供、设备改善、审核等方面提供支持

About You:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

工程相关专业学士学位

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in machine engineering or a related technical background, Prior experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) and/or the food industry is a plus

至少5年机械工程或相关技术领域工作经验，有跨国公司或食品行业工作经验者优先

3. Solid team management experience

具备良好的团队管理经验

4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in daily operations

5. Hands-on or promotional experience in TPM, equipped with a continuous improvement mindset and improvement projects experience

7. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
