About the role
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and optimize manufacturing process to meet product specification and customer requirement.
- Implement Product Strategy from local manufactory side, maintain BOM, routing of product.
- Support to run project, be responsible for process development and validation in NPD,STP,VAVE... projects."
- Be responsible for prodcut failure analysis and continuous improvement to support quality and product cost reduction.
- Be responsible for existing process, tools, fixtures maintain and continuous improvement.
- Be responsible for Flow chart, PFMEA, WI,JSA, standardized work... documents creation and continuous updating when necessary
- Be responsible for BOM & routing maintain, creating when there is new product introduced.
- Be responsible for engineering change management.
- Be responsible for process development and validation for new product introduction.
- Be responsible to support VAVE, localization and dual source projects.
- Be responsible for manufacturing process upgrade with I4.0, digital tools deployment.
- Be responsible for quality problem solving with ECIS tools and error proofing solutions deployement
- Other tasks assigned as required;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- 3-5 years manufacturing engineering experience, low voltage product experrience is prefered
- Good Mechanical/ElectricalTeam work
- Communication effectively
