An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Regional Support Manager to join a well-established Residential Aged Care provider, supporting a portfolio of homes across ACT and NSW .
This is an opportunity to step into a regional leadership position within a stable and well-supported organisation , working alongside experienced Facility Managers and a State Manager to continue delivering high standards across the portfolio.
The homes are running smoothly, providing an excellent platform for a strong people leader to step in, build relationships and support continued operational and clinical excellence.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the State Manager , you will provide leadership and support across a portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes, working closely with Facility Managers to ensure each home continues to operate effectively.
State Manager → Regional Support Manager → Facility Managers
Providing leadership, guidance and support to a portfolio of Residential Aged Care homes
Partnering closely with Facility Managers to support operational performance
Maintaining strong standards across clinical, compliance and operational areas
Supporting Facility Managers with day-to-day leadership and problem-solving
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sharing best practice across the portfolio
Supporting a positive culture focused on residents, people and quality outcomes About You
We are looking for an experienced aged care leader who is ready to take their career to the next level.
Previous experience as a Facility Manager within Residential Aged Care
Strong understanding of aged care operations, compliance and clinical requirements
Proven leadership capability and the ability to support and develop Facility Managers
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
AHPRA Registered Nurse qualification – highly desirable
Full Australian Working Rights Most importantly, you will be a confident and approachable leader who enjoys working with people, solving problems and supporting high-performing teams.
