Support implementation of effective QMS frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GDP, HALAL, TAPA, AEO) and related policies to meet departmental objectives and industry standards
Maintain QHSSE documents, records, and document control systems, such as, but not limited to, Document Master Log, Nonconformities Report & Log, Change Control Report & Log, Management Review Report, etc.
Prepare and compile monthly KPI reports, Target and Objective records and management system performance data, such as, but not limited to HSE statistic, sustainability report
Monitor corrective and preventive action implementation status and completion. Such as but not limited to, Nonconformities, Health & Safety incident report
Coordinate employee training and awareness activities
Conduct routine QHSSE inspections, including workplace inspections, safety equipment checks, near-miss reporting, and calibration monitoring and other necessary compliance monitoring activities
Support internal audit, customer audits, certification audits and regulatory inspections
Support emergency response exercises and preparedness activities
Coordinate equipment and infrastructure fulfillment towards applicable regulation and Managemet systems
Perform other QHSSE administrative and project assignments as required
Bachelor Degree in Administration / Industrial Engineering / Quality Assurance
Minimum 3 years work experience in related Quality Management Systems
Experience in managing ISO or QMS implementation, preferably ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Certified, TAPA, Halal, AEO
Experience in conducting audit or quality improvement
Proficient in Quality, Health & Safety, Security, Environment
Intermediate knowledge in Quality Management Systems, Document Control, Risks Assessment
Managing multiple activity and prioritization of work (tight deadlines)
Problem solving, critical thinking skill
Good written communication skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
