JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Architectural Executive supports project delivery by leading technical documentation, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and resolving project issues with minimal supervision. The role leads by example in creative visual presentation and architectural rendering, with a passion for design across various typologies. The role contributes to design development, oversees BIM/CAD outputs, ensures compliance with regulations and supports site execution. The role requires proficiency in Revit and CAD, and the ability to coordinate with the technical design team in a Revit and BIM environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be involved in the design of projects with varying requirements and typologies, from masterplan to architectural design.
- Develop 3-dimensional designs from ideas and aspirations provided.
- Enhance architectural ideas by blending architectural references into unique, project-specific design proposals.
- Develop planning and design across various stages, from feasibility to design development.
- Lead the development of detailed architectural drawings, technical documentation and BIM model management.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, M&E, specialist consultants and contractor information to ensure design consistency. Coordinate with the technical design team on architectural, structural and M&E requirements.
- Develop designs with more detailed design information for further coordination with stakeholders, i.e. clients, design consultants, engineering and cost consultants.
- Oversee project schedules and submissions to prepare work plans for design production.
- Oversee statutory submissions, compliance checks and responses to regulatory authorities.
- Prepare detailed design and construction documentation including specifications, schedules and technical details.
- Conduct site coordination, attend inspections, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with consultants and contractors.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions and method statements for compliance with design intent.
- Mentor junior staff in drafting standards, documentation workflows and BIM modelling**, as well as visual graphics, creative presentation and rendering.**
- Support tender preparation, cost analysis inputs and documentation reviews.
- Ensure quality control by conducting drawing checks and identifying design conflicts.
- Contribute to sustainability, design innovation and technical optimisation efforts.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Architecture.
- 5–8 years of architectural experience with strong technical and documentation capabilities.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and other visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of AI generative image tools.
- Strong understanding of codes, regulations, tender processes and construction practices.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lead technical tasks independently.
- Experience in Singapore or UAE projects preferred.
