We are currently seeking a Profiling Leading Hand and Profiling Foreperson to join our team in Gillman, South Australia. These are full-time permanent positions working with our highly experienced surfacing crew and would be well suited to experienced operators looking to take the next step in their careers with a high regard for safety and quality.
Both roles play an important leadership function within our profiling crew and are suited to experienced operators who enjoy mentoring others, leading by example, and delivering quality outcomes safely.
Provides day-to-day leadership and guidance to crew members on site
Supports the safe and efficient delivery of profiling works
Leads by example and promotes a strong team culture
Operates machinery where required
Acts as a key link between the Leading Hand and Supervisor on projects
Provides additional coordination and leadership support across project activities
Steps into the Supervisor role when the Supervisor is unavailable, off-site, or engaged elsewhere
Assists with project planning, communication, and delivery outcomes
Current HR Licence (highly regarded)
Experience operating a Profiler
Experience operating a Skid Steer
Demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery
Current General Construction Induction Card
A good attitude and strong team player with the proven ability to work efficiently with others
