ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual looking to work in a busy marketing team focusing on the delivery of campaigns to our customer base through various channels.

The role supports the campaigns team in the delivery of their objectives as part of the wider marketing team.

As well as engaging with your direct marketing team, you will be working with estate and letting agent customers, marketing agencies, suppliers and partners, you will also be working collaborating with the product, legal, sales and IT team to ensure effective marketing is reaching out customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the New Homes sales team to deliver a range of campaigns via email and SMS
• Use our platforms extract the correct data and merge with the relevant creative to ensure we send timely communications to our database
• Build and test creative to ensure it meets brand standards and is optimised for delivery across mobile and desktop
• Send the targeted communication to consumers and agents using our email broadcast platform
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are fully informed of activity, results and timelines
• Liaise with agencies, estate agent and new homes developer customers on the status of campaigns and represent the campaigns team in dealing with any queries or questions.
• Manage the flow of work to ensure deadlines are met
• Collate and record results accurately
• Analyse results from activity and make recommendations for improvements to performance
• In addition to supporting the campaign function there will be other opportunities within the department to grow and learn new skills and experience supporting other members of the marketing team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ideally 12 months relevant marketing experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Strong presentation skills with proficiency in design tools such as Canva (or similar) and Powerpoint
• Excellent organisational skills, with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; confident in producing reports and presentations
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (or similar analytics platforms) and website performance metrics (beneficial)
• Results-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
