Job Description

You’re a confident sales associate on the Telekom Shop team. During consultations, you’ll impress customers by demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs, applying your expertise effectively, and bringing our product range to life.

As a sales associate in the Telekom Shop, you’ll take on the following responsibilities:

• Your key responsibilities also include:
• You’ll advise customers and sell standard products and services
• You address customer concerns
• You process customer orders according to system guidelines and maintain data
• You support sales promotion activities in the region as directed

Requirements

You have completed vocational training or have equivalent professional experience.

Furthermore, you demonstrate the following knowledge and skills

• Confident demeanor and a passion for sales
• Knowledge of the Telekom product portfolio or a willingness to acquire it
• A high degree of goal orientation, commitment, flexibility, and resilience
• Willingness to adjust your work schedule based on standard business hours and customer traffic
• A well-groomed appearance
• Sales and negotiation skills
