A new role means a new way to win together. We’ve been proudly serving Australian communities since 1914 and at the heart of our continued success lies our 115,000 team members working across the country. If you’re looking for a career-defining opportunity, take the next step and explore another way your work can have impact and make a difference.
Coles Group Team Cover protects our team members, customers, and business stakeholders. We work across a variety of areas, from workers’ compensation to property insurance to public liability insurance. Our team offers strategic advice that guides decision making and helps our organisation achieve its business outcomes.
An opportunity exists for an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist based in NSW, to work with our business stakeholders and claims team to ensure effective early intervention and return to work planning for our most important asset, our team members. The ideal fit for this role would be an Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or someone with a similar Allied Health background, looking to transition into a corporate role and provide subject matter expertise.
You will proactively drive sustainable return to work outcomes through direct engagement with injured team members, business stakeholders, and treating practitioners. You will provide advice on complex claims and collaborate closely with our claims team to develop tailored strategies that support injured team members in their recovery and safe return to work.
We are looking for a professional with a background in allied health and experience in return to work planning, preferably with expertise in workplace-based rehabilitation or workers’ compensation (or a similar environment).
We’re continuing to build a gender equitable team, and a culture that is just as diverse, inclusive and welcoming as the communities we serve. We are committed to creating a workplace that is safe and respectful for our team. We encourage applications from people of all ages, cultures (including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples), abilities, sexual orientation and gender identities.
We’re happy to adjust our recruitment process to support candidates with disability. For further information and additional contact details visit the ‘Our Recruitment Process’ section of our careers site or email inclusionrecruitment@coles.com.au
