Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead consumer marketing and demand generation across South Asia. This is an individual contributor role and an exciting opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded marketer who thrives on combining data, creativity, customer insights, and digital innovation to drive measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you'll own the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and ultimately help more people access hearing healthcare.

Accountability 1: Lead Consumer Marketing Campaigns

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that help achieve business objectives and drive consumer demand.
• Work closely with agencies to create media plans, PR initiatives, and localised campaign assets.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Concierge teams to create customer-focused campaigns and materials that support lead generation and conversion.
• Collaborate with Professional Marketing to ensure consumer and professional communications are aligned and consistent.
• Work with APAC and Global teams to optimise website content, social media, email marketing, search marketing, and digital experiences.
• Support market research activities to better understand customers, market trends, and campaign performance.
• Develop marketing collateral that aligns with Cochlear's brand guidelines and customer needs.
• Act as the digital brand guardian, ensuring all marketing communications are consistent, relevant, and up to date.
• Manage campaign budgets and deliver activities on time and within budget.

Accountability 2: Drive Demand Generation and Digital Performance

• Lead digital demand generation programs that deliver high-quality leads and contribute to business growth.
• Manage agency partners and monitor campaign performance, including lead volume, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
• Ensure campaigns are executed effectively, on schedule, and in line with agreed budgets.
• Plan and manage Cochlear India's social media content calendar to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to social media enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Partner with APAC and Global marketing teams to localise and amplify regional campaigns through social media and digital channels.

Accountability 3: Deliver Lead Generation Targets

• Drive achievement of monthly and quarterly Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) targets through digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor performance throughout the customer journey, including conversion from lead to surgery.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to local leadership and APAC stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities early and recommend actions to improve results and campaign performance.

Accountability 4: Reporting, Insights and Continuous Improvement

• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance across all digital channels.
• Define key performance indicators and provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner with APAC and Global analytics teams to understand lead generation and conversion trends.
• Use customer, market, competitor, and campaign data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure a strong return on investment.
• Contribute to annual marketing planning by developing consumer marketing strategies and activity plans aligned with business objectives.
• Continuously test, learn, and optimise campaigns to improve customer engagement and business outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a digital marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability.

You will bring

• 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, consumer marketing, or brand management
• Proven success developing and delivering data-driven campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes
• Strong understanding of digital channels including paid media, SEM, social media, website optimisation, email marketing, and marketing automation
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Experience managing agency partners, budgets, and campaign performance
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Willingness to travel across India (up to 50% of the time)
