Job Description

Looking for more than just a driving job? As an LVR Representative, you'll combine route operations, customer engagement, and problem-solving to help grow CHEP's collection network while contributing to key operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities May Include

  • Operate a CHEP-owned box truck (or similar equipment) in full compliance with safety regulations and CHEP standards.
  • Execute efficient delivery and collection of pallets and other assets at designated locations
  • Document and report findings on site conditions and recovery challenges, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement improved processes, focusing on key performance areas within LVR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a CHEP-owned box truck and adhere to all DOT and CHEP safety

guidelines.

• Perform daily LTL deliveries and collections of pallets at 100+ customer

locations.

• Collaborate with customers to drive program compliance and increase

collection volumes.

• Document delivery and collection data, such as times, mileages, and

volumes, and communicate to LVR support personnel.

• Visit potential collection locations to promote the CHEP LVR Program and

gather information to expand the customer base.

• Work with internal teams to develop and execute project plans focused on key

operational improvements.

• Act as a resource and trainer for other LVR Representatives.

• On-time performance and customer service levels

• Cost optimization of operations

• Total pallets delivered/collected

• New customer/location growth

• LVR Program cost performance


Qualifications

• Clean driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card with no

restrictions.

• Physically capable of lifting 65 lbs regularly.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Experience with route optimization and customer relationship management.

• Ability to lead peers indirectly.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Knowledge of routing management software is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

  • $24/per hour + .75 per hours for CDL A or B
