The International Commercialisation Learning team is currently looking for a talented individual who possesses the skills needed to ensure both the immediate and long-term success of commercialisation learning across UKI and the Nordics. The Learning Manager, UKI & Nordics will act as a conduit between various stakeholders regarding sales learning solutions, services and technology to see the big picture and leverage diverse perspectives to maximize performance.
This position reports to the Commercialisation Learning Lead for UKI/Nordics, Southern European Cluster & Latam. In this role, the Learning Manager, UKI & Nordics will work with Sales Management, Marketing, Strategy & Operations, HR, Medical, WWCL COE, Learning Managers and multiple matrix teams, to ensure that all key learning initiatives add value that support the local business objectives.
