Boston Pizza is proud to bring great food, great people and great times together. At Boston Pizza Manning, we are looking for an experienced and dependable team member who understands the Boston Pizza environment and is ready to take on a part- time Supervisor/ Server role.
What we are looking for
- Someone who has previous Boston Pizza experience (essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Takes pride in great guest service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Is reliable, positive and a team player
- Can help lead shifts and keep things running smoothly
What you will do
- Help provide great guest service by championing the 'Foundations of Hospitality'
- Commit to Boston Pizza's Brand Standards and Food Safety
- Builds relationships by finding common ground and working cohesively with all team members
- Support and supervise team members during assigned shifts
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Effectively communicates, sharing goals, challenges, and is continuously coaching the team on ways to progress
- Maintains a positive composure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Maintains cleanliness, food safety, and service standards
Qualifications needed
- Previous serving experience is required
- Previous supervisory or key-holder experience is an asset
- Pro Serve, Reel Facts, and Food Safety certification as required by Alberta Regulations
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends is an asset
