What is the Accelerate Development Program?
The Accelerate Development Program (ADP) is a structured development program designed to build a strong pipeline of local talent for critical positions within Bosch.
You are passionate about hands-on testing, validation, and laboratory environments: You are eager to work directly with state-of-the-art test benches, commissioning equipment, and participating in the ramp-up of testing facilities (such as the Local Analysis Center in TIP).
You love deep-dive failure analysis and root-cause problem solving: You enjoy investigating why components fail on the line and applying structured methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, A3) to implement permanent corrective actions.
You thrive in fast-paced production environments: You adapt quickly to new teams, cross-functional challenges (Quality, Manufacturing, Suppliers), and rotating assignments every 6 months.
You have a data-driven and analytical mindset: You leverage data tools (Excel, Power BI, Python/SQL) to back up engineering decisions, optimize testing cycles, and eliminate plant bottlenecks.
