Acting as the key interface between Business, IT, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Marketing, you will drive stakeholder alignment and communicate product progress, risks, and strategic decisions transparently

In close collaboration with agile delivery teams, you will steer the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from backlog refinement and sprint planning to feature acceptance and release coordination

You will define and monitor product performance metrics and leverage customer insights, analytics, and feedback to continuously improve user journeys, authentication processes, and onboarding experiences

You will ensure that CIAM capabilities comply with relevant security, privacy, and regulatory standards while balancing customer convenience with robust identity and access management practices

By staying informed about emerging CIAM trends, technologies, and industry standards, you will identify innovation opportunities and drive continuous improvements in platform scalability, resilience, and overall customer experience

You are experienced in translating complex business, technical, security, and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements and customer-centric solutions
