Axis Communications is looking for a driven Key Account Manager – End Customer to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

In this strategic role, you will drive business growth within a portfolio of selected end customers, developing and executing account plans that deepen existing relationships while identifying new opportunities. You will play a key role in achieving ambitious sales targets, influencing complex customer ecosystems, and expanding Axis' footprint across large enterprise accounts.

Success in this role requires close collaboration with colleagues across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Post-Sales Support, ensuring a true 360° customer experience and long-term partnership approach.

We are looking for a commercially minded sales professional with a passion for building strategic customer relationships and creating long-term business value. To succeed in this role, you bring a strong track record in solution sales, excellent business acumen, and the ability to understand complex customer needs and translate them into compelling value propositions. You are proactive, curious, and comfortable challenging the status quo to drive continuous improvement. Equally important, you are a transparent, trustworthy, and collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional and international organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As Key Account Manager – End Customers, you will own the commercial development of your assigned accounts, including sales targets, strategic planning, and account growth initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include

• Developing and executing account plans that drive sustainable business growth.
• Mapping complex customer organizations and identifying key decision-makers and influencers.
• Building long-term strategic relationships across product, solution, and geographical boundaries.
• Driving opportunities from identification to closure while delivering against sales targets and KPIs.
• Influencing customer stakeholders and coordinating internal resources to maximize business outcomes.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Engaging with industry associations, trade shows, congresses, and market events to increase brand awareness and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate account plans, opportunities, and stakeholder information in Salesforce.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in Spain, managing national or key accounts within large end-customer organizations.
• Experience working with indirect B2B sales channels.
• Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to build strategic, trusted relationships at multiple levels within an organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the physical security and/or cybersecurity market is an advantage.
• Fluent Spanish, written and spoken.
• Good level of English, written and spoken.
