What the day will look like
- Develop marketing plan and sales strategies for both existing and new clients for business growth purpose for cyber and other specialty risks
- Promote and initiate cross selling among clients
- Create and maintain good relationship with clients, insurers, controlling offices and team members.
- Advice clients on uninsured exposures.
- Coordinate with Segment Leader and team member to prepare budget.
- Supervise and give advice to team member for any business-related issue
- Perform other tasks assigned by Segment Leader

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Direct/Reinsurance/Life Insurance License
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-life Insurances
- Customer Service Skills and skills to handle complaints
- Good English writing and speaking
